"All pants, shorts, and skirts must be zipped, and buttoned. Garments worn with the buttocks or undergarments visible are not acceptable. Pants should not have any holes or tears in them higher than 2 inches above the knee."This is telling me that all pants and skirts that contains buttons and zippers have to be buttoned and zipped while in the building and on campus. Also you shouldn't have holes in your jeans that are two inches above your knees.
